Enhance of a growing existing area.  This is the main goal of this work carried out in the Brazilian Central-West region. The architectural conception aims the development of this district with great potential, transforming a small current retail center into a large complex for the benefit of the local population. The already traditional area with proved retail vocation drives the assertive design and seeks the major rationalization of its spaces for greater efficiency for the new ventures.

The local topography guides this methodology, resulting in a unique identity to the buildings. The plans of the architecture are staggered through a rhythmic rise in site levels. A volumetry that creates, not by coincidence, several vista points to contemplate the beautiful views of the singular land geography. Thus, completing the design conception of this project, absolutely committed to its locality, a familiar aesthetics to this region leads architecture through elements butterfly roofs, horizontal masses and typically industrial materials, peculiar to the modernist movement that characterizes this location.
