Shopping Norte Sul Plaza is located in one of the most densely populated regions of Campo Grande, capital of the state. It is the great retail venture in the last twenty years of Mato Grosso Do Sul. Project includes the entire structure of a 16 thousands square meters old market shed.
The façades conception, composed by different volumes, broke the traditional shopping center project with only one enclosed building. External access and the entries were determined by the comfort and seamless integration of the mall with the urban grid, both in road design, as the pedestrian paths. Functional areas have been created favoring simplicity, ease of internal flow, to make it possible the absence of any possible point of difficult access, and, especially, versatility, since it have already been developed expansion options. It was also added the concept lifestyle, with some activities towards the outside environments, approaching the mall of the city.
