Located in the Eastern Zone of São Paulo, the CJP Health and Education complex is a medical-focused development composed of a medical school and three specialized hospitals: the Men’s Hospital, Women’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital. The complex includes two basement levels, a podium varying between two and four floors, and three towers, totaling nearly 90,000 m² of built area.
The development was designed with a large underground parking garage spanning two levels, and a multi-level podium that enables integration and circulation throughout the entire complex. Above this, there are two floors dedicated to the medical school, and three hospital towers offering specialized care for men, women, and children.
A large green rooftop terrace atop the podium connects the towers and the school, offering versatile spaces: areas for contemplation, social interaction, walking paths, and simple gardens transform this terrace into a vast elevated park. The CJP Health and Education complex is connected to the CJP Commerce and Residential area, complementing one another in this unique urban living experience.
