This innovative project for the Brazilian real estate market consists of a luxury hotel with 244 rooms and five residential towers totaling 184 residential units, with apartments ranging from 135 m² to 327 m². Located in the municipality of São Roque, just 60 km from São Paulo’s capital, the complex will be integrated with the Catarina Fashion Outlet.
The entire complex has been designed to ensure privacy for all residential and hotel units, with special attention given to balconies and terraces oriented toward privileged views of the pools and green areas. The project emphasizes a strong connection with nature, intentionally distancing users from the nearby highway, which—though physically close—is visually and experientially secondary.
Particular emphasis has been placed on the wave pool and the exclusive residential bungalows of 150 m² located around it.
