This 10-story tower will be built in Riviera de São Lourenço, one of the most prestigious addresses on the northern coast of São Paulo state. It is a high-standard development consisting of 38 units, with a typical floor comprising two four-suite apartments and two three-suite apartments, ranging in size from 145 to 175 m². The rooftop level features two linear penthouses, each with four suites and a complete outdoor recreation area.
Special attention was given to the amenities on the ground floor and its mezzanine. These areas were designed to offer the experience of a true private club, including a party room, kids’ area, game room, fitness center, and a full spa with saunas, hot tubs, and a Japanese soaking tub (ofurô). Landscaping was enhanced around the pool, recreational terraces, and the party room to elevate the leisure experience.
Lightness guided the volumetric composition of the building. The architecture makes use of the protruding edges of the balconies as an aesthetic feature, incorporating a visual effect reminiscent of a “seagull’s wing,” which is also echoed in the solid side walls (blind façades) of the building. Geometric forms blend into an organic approach that transcends the architectural object, harmoniously integrating it with the surrounding natural environment.
