The Golden Lake residential complex is composed of four residential towers located in a prominent neighborhood of Porto Alegre, an area already established for residential use. This is an ambitious real estate initiative, with these four buildings representing only the beginning of a broader project that will eventually include 12 additional residential buildings and one commercial tower, forming an entirely new neighborhood.
The project is set within a beautiful preserved natural landscape, featuring a large lake that not only serves as a postcard image of the region but also offers numerous opportunities and amenities. The entire development benefits from direct contact with Lake Guaíba, whose presence inspires the architectural design of the façades.
The lake’s tidal movements, its boats, and the dynamic life of the local population all served as creative forces influencing the architectural concept. Nautical elements that reference the power of water are incorporated into the façades, shaping a development with a distinct identity—a harmonious architectural ensemble in sophisticated dialogue with the city and its surroundings.
