Haggin Oaks is a multifamily residential building within Barra Golden Green, an ultra high-end condominium located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. The building is situated on the western side of the development, adjacent to the Golden Green Golf Club. It comprises 12 floors with 4 apartments per floor, each offering a private area of approximately 234 m² and over 50 m² of balconies.

All units feature 4 suites, connected by an internal circulation layout designed to provide independent flows between private, social, and service areas. The suite balconies are strategically positioned and separated from the main social balcony, with the master suite having its own exclusive balcony access to ensure privacy.

In addition to the traditional social and service entrances, the layout includes a transitional space referred to as the “vestibule,” which intelligently organizes access and circulation between the service, social, and private areas of the apartment. The soft angles and gently curved balconies contribute to organic façades, following a contemporary-classical architectural language.
