Two high-standard towers make up this sub-condominium, which is part of Golden Lake, a true planned neighborhood located on the banks of the Guaíba River in Porto Alegre. These are two towers with 21 typical floors and duplex penthouses, featuring spacious terraces that take full advantage of the privileged view of the southern area of this capital, while maintaining important characteristics of the local culture.
With typical units ranging from 130m² to 170m² and duplex units between 240m² and 250m², the towers were designed with an emphasis on the crowning of the building, creating an aesthetic and commercial differential through the progressive scaling of the balconies of the top units.
