Royal Country is a multifamily residential building within Barra Golden Green, a high-end condominium located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. The building is positioned on the front strip of the development, offering privileged views of the beach. It has six floors, with two apartments per floor, each featuring a private area of 474 m² and over 70 m² of balconies.

The apartments, all with four suites, are distinguished by an internal circulation layout designed to provide independent flows between private, social, and service areas. The units also feature a master suite with a private lounge, two full bathrooms, a large walk-in closet, and exclusive beach views.

In addition to the traditional service and social entrances, the design includes a transitional space called the “vestibule,” which functions as a smart distribution hub for access and internal circulation within the building. The white tone of the façades, along with the softened curves of the balconies, creates an organic architectural language that follows a contemporary-classical style.
