Bandeiras Parque Shopping is a built up shopping center with regional goals, designed to be continued in different stages. Mainly devoted to the new middle class of Campinas, in a thriving part of the city, project had as major ambition to enhance retail, creating an inviting and respected by clients, with enjoyable spaces that permitting the identification of the building with the city.
Inspired by the tectonic movements of the stones, project has three floors and entrances designed to take advantage of the topography and environmental protection strip of property. The volumetric composition of the broad masses of the building and its glass façades was designed aiming a subtle dynamism and landscape integration, reaffirming one of the newest trends of shopping centers: the development of local and natural insertion environment, aligning beauty and functionality.
